Before your appointment...
The clinic is located on the 5th floor of the Hôtel-Dieu building of the Dr-Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital.

Check-in for your appointment occurs in our clinic, and not in the main entrance of the hospital (you will not be in their system).
HOW TO GET THERE
OPTION 1
- Take the elevator in the entrance hall
- Go up to the 5th floor
- The clinic is on your immediate left when exiting the elevator
OPTION 2
- Take the elevator in the lobby
- Go up to the 2nd floor
- Turn right and cross the pedway
- Take the elevator at the end of the pedway up to the 5th floor
- The clinic is on your immediate left when exiting the elevator
OTHER HELPFUL REMINDERS
​Plan to arrive 20-30 minutes before your appointment time, as it can be difficult to find parking.
Don't forget to bring your valid health card and a list of your medications.
